TRUVATIONInsight Strategies

First Nations, Inuit, Métis & Indigenous organizations

Your direction.
Practical support for the work ahead.

Plan services, develop projects and put priorities into action. We support First Nations, Inuit and Métis communities and Indigenous organizations in urban, rural and regional settings, following your mandate, decision-making authority and chosen cultural guidance.

Community-led & Nation-led planning

Community priorities
guide the project.

We begin with your community’s plans, strengths, services and relationships. Your community chooses who participates, how decisions are made and when work is ready to move forward.

The work can connect wellness and recovery programs, family reunification, community spaces and the resources needed to deliver them.

Indigenous organizations · Urban, rural & regional

Support for your mandate
and service relationships.

Indigenous organizations have their own governance, service mandates and relationships, whether they serve urban, rural or regional communities. We work with leadership and staff to plan services, strengthen the organization and coordinate delivery with partners.

Your organization identifies the people, engagement process and cultural protocols that guide the assignment.

We invite your community or organization to identify Elders, Knowledge Keepers, people with lived experience and other local contributors to guide our team.
