Privacy & confidentiality
How Truvation handles your information.
Enquiries
The online enquiry form is hosted by Wix. Information entered there is handled and stored by Wix for Truvation, and Wix displays the submission confirmation. The embedded form may use its own browser storage and spam-protection tools. You can also open it in a new tab.
If you choose the email option, the website prepares an email draft in your browser. It does not send or store your message on this website’s server. When you continue in email, your email app opens so you can review and send the message. Your email provider handles sending, and Truvation receives the information you include.
When you choose an available time for an introductory call, Google’s booking form loads on this page. Google handles your contact information, project answers and booking, and shares those details with Truvation through the calendar appointment. Google sends the final booking confirmation. A service topic shown above a form is a reminder for you; it is not automatically sent to Wix or Google. Details entered in the email enquiry form are not transferred to the booking form. If no suitable time is available, use the project enquiry form to discuss alternatives.
When you first contact us, share business contact details and a general description of your project. Please do not include personal health information, client records, confidential community knowledge or sensitive project documents.
How enquiry information is used
Information you send is used to respond to your enquiry and discuss potential work. Ask about a suitable process before sharing sensitive project information.
Website operation
We use daily totals to understand which pages people visit, which pages lead them to contact us, and whether they open the enquiry form, booking calendar or email option. We also count use of the new-tab links and the option to send an enquiry when no suitable appointment is available. These counters do not store visitor identities, IP addresses, message contents, contact details, query strings or referring websites. They use no cookies or browser storage and respect Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control settings.
A form or calendar view does not confirm a submission or booking, and opening an email draft does not tell us whether it was sent. Wix and Google handle their own confirmations; the website counters do not read information entered in those embedded forms. The main website uses no advertising trackers. The hosting service may separately process technical information about requests to keep the site running and secure.
Project confidentiality and ownership
You own the client-specific deliverables created and paid for under the agreed scope. Each agreement identifies pre-existing tools, permitted uses and handover arrangements. Communities retain authority over their knowledge and information; permissions for collection, storage, access, use and sharing are agreed before that work begins.
Publishing client-specific stories, materials or community knowledge requires permission from those authorized to give it and approval of the proposed content. Anonymizing a story does not replace permission. Our selected experience summaries describe high-level contributions without reproducing client documents or identifying clients. Planning and development work does not imply that a proposed service or facility has opened. Illustrative concepts and general planning guides are labelled separately. Read our approach to community direction and ownership.
